El Parador Café Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
Reservations with set menus need to provide the menu 5 days in advance along with a guaranteed minimum of attendees. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations made with less than a week's notice will be assessed a charge of $25 per person using the guaranteed minimum. Your deposit will be used towards that amount. All reservations for private parties larger than 10 people are subject to a service charge of $200.00 or 20% of the bill, whichever is greater.
